End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

The user ("Client") who subscribes to the WeeziCloud service.
By using WeeziCloud, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Description of the Service
WeeziCloud is a cloud-based platform that enables clients to manage data from WeeziDot loggers. It provides functionalities such as data storage, sharing, alerts, and regulatory compliance features.
2. Terms of Use
2.1 Eligibility
WeeziCloud is available only to clients who have subscribed to the service.
2.2 Client Obligations
- Clients must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Clients must not share confidential information or use the service for unauthorized purposes.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
There are no specific prohibited uses beyond the conditions outlined above.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- WeeziCloud is a registered trademark of PROGES PLUS.
- The source code and software architecture of WeeziCloud are the exclusive property of PROGES PLUS.
- All data stored on WeeziCloud remains the sole property of the Client. PROGES PLUS does not share, exploit, or use this data in any way.
4. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
- Clients enter user data themselves, and PROGES PLUS does not use it except for providing product-related information and functionalities.
- No personal data is collected beyond the following: name, first name, email address, and preferred language.
- PROGES PLUS complies with GDPR and ensures that user data remains confidential and secure.
5. Availability & Warranties
- PROGES PLUS guarantees 99% availability of WeeziCloud.
- PROGES PLUS is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by service unavailability.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are offered on an annual or three-year basis, at the Client’s choice.
6.2 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate their subscription at the end of their contractual period by submitting a written request via email or postal mail.
6.3 Termination by PROGES PLUS
PROGES PLUS reserves the right to terminate an account if a Client attempts to misuse or repurpose the application in an unauthorized manner.
7. Support & Assistance
- Technical support is available via email and phone, on business days from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Fridays).
- The average response time is 1 hour.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by French law.
- In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is the Commercial Court of Roubaix-Tourcoing, France.
9. Amendments & Updates
PROGES PLUS reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Clients will be notified of changes and must review the updated terms periodically.
By using WeeziCloud, the Client acknowledges having read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
